ANGEL PUNCH 
Ingredients

2 quarts of grape juice (white)
1 quart of tea (green)
1 pint of lemon juice
8 ounces sugar syrup
2 bottles of club soda (chilled) 


Stir well all the ingredients –except soda- and chill. Pour in a punch bowl over a large block of ice and add the soda. Serve in punch cups with slice of lemon.

Banana Cream Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 ounces half and half cream
1/2 banana  


Blend until smooth and serve in a Collins glass. Garnish with whipped cream and a banana slice.

Beach Blanket Bingo
Ingredients
3 ounces cranberry juice
3 ounces grape juice
Club soda 

Serve over ice in a highball glass and top up with soda. Garnish with lime wedges.

Eye of the Hurricane

Ingredients
2 ounces passion fruit syrup
1 ounce lime juice (fresh)
Fill with lemon soda (bitter)


Mix syrup and juice with ice and strain over ice cubes into a highball glass. Fill with bitter lemon soda and garnish with a slice of lime.

Blackberry Soft Drink
Ingredients
4 ounces ripe blackberries
1-ounce sugar
1
tbsp strained lemon juice
1 ice cube
club soda

Mix the berries with sugar and lemon juice.
Strain into a highball or wine glass.
Fill up with club soda.
Garnish with a slice of lemon or, like in the image with a blackberry.
Serve with a straw. This non-alcoholic cocktail also looks great in a wine glass or a brandy glass.

Chapala
Ingredients

4 ounces orange juice
2 tsp grenadine
a little salt
a pinch of cayenne pepper

Shake well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Serve either over lots of ice in a highball glass, or in a cocktail glass.

Kali's Little Pinky
Ingredients
2 ounces orange juice

2 ounces sour mix
1 ounce peach syrup
1 dash grenadine

Build in a highball glass with ice.
Decorate with an orange slice and a red maraschino cherry.

Virgin Hurricane
Ingredients

4 ounces orange juice
4 ounces sour mix
1-ounce passion fruit syrup
a dash of grenadine

Build over plenty of ice in a highball glass. Decorate with a lime or orange slice. Stir before drinking it.

Mango Freeze
Ingredients
3 medium mangoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 12-ounce can peach, guava, or other tropical fruit nectar, chilled
1 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon honey (optional) 

In a blender container, blend together mangoes, fruit nectar, and honey. Pour ingredients into a glass and serve. Makes 3 servings. 

Double Peach Slush
Ingredients
1  8-ounce carton peach yogurt
1 8-3/4-ounce can peaches, drained
6 to 8 ice cubes 

In a blender container, blend together peach yogurt and peaches. With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time, blending to form slush. Makes 3 servings.

Triple Orange Slush
Ingredients
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 cup orange sherbet
½ cup orange juice
4 to 6 ice cubes

In a blender container, blend together orange sherbet, orange juice and orange sections. Pour ingredients into a tall glass and serve. Makes 3 servings.

Spring Fever
Ingredients
3/4 ounces lemon juice
3/4 ounces mango syrup
1 1/2 ounces apple juice
2 ounces blood oranges 

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass half-filled with crushed ice.

Almond Punch
Ingredients
8 ounces almonds (peeled)
4 ounces sugar
2 cups water 

Boil the almonds in 2 cups of water, strain and let cool. Make a pulp with almonds and mix with a quart of water. Strain into bowl and stir in sugar. Mix until the sugar is dissolved and chill before serving.

Creamy Creamsicle
Ingredients
8 ounces orange juice
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream 

Blend at low speed and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with orange slice.

Coconut Cooler
Ingredients
2 ounces coconut milk
2 ounces lime juice (fresh)
Fill with sparkling water 

Shake milk and juice and pour over ice cubes in Collins glass. Fill with water and stir gently. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Flamingo
Ingredients
4 ounces cranberry juice
2 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces club soda
1/2 ounce lemon juice 

Shake the 3 juices with ice and strain into a highball glass. Top up with the soda and sir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Funshine Fizz
Ingredients
1 pint of sherbet (orange)
2 cups of pineapple juice
2 cups of orange juice
1 cup of club soda 

Blend the 2 juices and the sherbet until smooth, pour into pitcher and stir in the soda. Serve in Collins glasses. This punch makes approximately 7 servings.

Honey Lemonade
Ingredients
2 cups of soda water
1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 tbsp. Honey 

Blend together at medium speed until smooth. Pour into tall glass.

Iced Mocha
Ingredients
2 cups of milk
1/3 cup of chocolate syrup
1 tbsp. instant coffee
Whipped cream 

Mix well and pour over crushed ice into a collins glass. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. This makes approximately 4 servings.

Innocent Passion
Ingredients
4 oz. Passion fruit juice
Dash of cranberry juice
Dash of lemon juice
Club soda 

Mix in a highball glass filled with ice and top up with club soda. Stir well and garnish with cherry and long straw.

Just a Moonmint
Ingredients
2 cups of milk
Chocolate syrup
1/4 tsp. Mint flavoring 

Blend together at medium speed until smooth. Pour into tall glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
